TESL99T Interview Part 3

Q: The screen shown on the monitor is not the world that the actual V12 neural network is looking at, so can the driver be sure that the neural network recognized 100% with confidence that the stopped truck appeared on the monitor screen in front of it?

A: Your question is really professional and good. But I don't want to answer it, because End to End is very much in the spotlight in the entire industry right now. The competitors are desperate for Tesla to host AI Day. Tesla has already held AI Day twice and taught them everything in too much detail. They ask, "When will you hold AI Day again?" but it won't be held anymore!

Competitors are sending engineers directly to Silicon Valley.
I'm trying to invite a lot of experienced employees, including myself, but I'm not responding. In fact, most Tesla engineers don't know about modeling either.

ChatGPT's competitiveness is his special modeling, but maybe 70% of it is all public. On the other hand, more than 90% of V12's modeling is top secret.

I love this feeling of mystery. I love this feeling of mystery right now and the questions I just asked. I want to leave these things as a constant mystery.
